About WSAC
WSAC was formed in 1976 and is an active and friendly diving club with approximately 45 members.
The club meets every Thursday evening in the bar at Neston Recreation Centre from 8 - 11 p.m. The pool is available for training or swimming between 9.30 and 10.30. (Neston Recreation Centre 0151 336 5741).
It is a BSAC affiliated club but divers from other training schemes are welcome. All diving grades including beginners are welcome and training is available where required. Qualified divers from other organisations can convert their qualifications to the appropriate BSAC award.
The club owns a RIB which is used throughout the year for dive trips. The RIB is available to suitably qualified club members who wish to organise expeditions. Numerous trips and expeditions are undertaken each year in the UK and abroad. Holidays already organised for 2008 include the Cape Verde, the Maldives, Penbrokeshire, the Farne Islands and Plymouth.
